HOW EXCITING MY FIRST POST ON MY BIRTHDAY

Hello and welcome to my very new blog which isn't perfect but we all have to start somewhere.  I have decided to do it on my birthday so I will be able to keep track of when I started. I found writting this first post extremly difficult for a number of reasons.  Firstly wasn't sure who my audience would be apart from my friends and family who already see most of my work.  So my solutiom to this problem was to make my blog for me and about me and my crafty life and all the people I meet along the way will be an extra special bonus to add to my journey.  So all feedback is welcome and any ideas to help me along the way I really appreciate.  My second problem was a blog a necessarity to be a crafter and my ultimate decision is a big fat YES.  So I can have some where that is mine to document my crafting journey and I hope to keep it fun, honest and straight forward just like myself what you see is what you get.
This first post is dedicated to a few different people who have helped me along the way with there knowledge and experience.  Firstly My crafty aunty Lesley Kemp who has taught me a number of crafting techniques such as iris folding and cross stitch which I will be eternal grateful for thanks Les.
Also Hannah Young (HandmadeHannah) http://handmade-hannah.blogspot.com/ this lovely lady I have never met but exchange a few emails with and followed her blog daily Hannah without knowing has been a great inspiration to me.  Her work could always put a smile on my face so hopefully I can do the same.  So here is a thank you card
